Job Summary
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and process transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments. Enter and maintain customer information with precision into a Point of Sale system while offering personalized financial services. Build new business through daily call campaigns and assist in account management by accepting payments and managing appointments. Perform duties outside the office such as vehicle appraisals, store errands, and participating in community events. Maintain store appearance, security protocols, and vault management. Uphold compliance with company policies and local regulations while engaging in ongoing training. Work a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- POS system proficiency
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Computer systems proficiency
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check clearance
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance
- Availability for weekends

- Prior cash handling experience
- Cash drawer/vault management experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Valid driver's license
