Job Summary
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and process transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments while maintaining store appearance and security protocols. Enter and maintain customer information with precision into the Point of Sale system, build new business through daily call campaigns, and assist in account management by accepting payments and managing appointments. Perform external duties such as vehicle appraisals, store errands, and community events, while conducting opening and closing procedures and adhering to all compliance regulations. Maintain a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week with regular in-person attendance including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- Proficiency in using POS system
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using other computer systems
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check
- Ability to meet physical demands of this position
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule
- Ability to attend in-person
- Ability to work weekends
