Job Summary
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships while reviewing, validating, and processing transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payments with accuracy. Enter and maintain customer data into the Point of Sale system, build new business through daily call campaigns, and assist in account management by accepting payments and managing appointments. Perform external duties including on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and community events, while maintaining store appearance and adhering to security protocols for vault and cash drawer management. Uphold compliance with all policies and laws, engage in ongoing training, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet performance standards. Maintain a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including weekends, in person.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- Proficiency in using POS system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using other computer systems
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Ability to meet physical demands of this position
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Background check
