Job Summary
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and process transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments while maintaining store cleanliness and security protocols. Enter and maintain customer data with precision into the Point of Sale system, build new business through daily call campaigns, and assist with account management and collections. Perform duties outside the office such as vehicle appraisals, store errands, and community events, while adhering to all compliance standards and engaging in ongoing training. Maintain a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week with regular in-person attendance including weekends. This role supports the Community Choice Financial Family of Brands' mission to provide accessible short-term financial services across over 1,500 brick-and-mortar stores.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- POS system
- Microsoft Office
- Other computer systems
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Background check
- Ability to meet physical demands of this position
- Remaining in a stationary position
- Standing up to 90% of the time
- Moving and transporting up to 25 pounds
- Moving inside and outside of the store
- Operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Full-time work schedule
