Job Summary
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and process transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments while maintaining store appearance and security protocols. Enter and maintain customer information with precision into a Point of Sale system, manage cash drawers and vaults, and complete daily call campaigns to build new business. Assist in account management, collections, and external tasks such as vehicle appraisals and community events. Uphold compliance with all policies and laws while engaging in ongoing training. Maintain a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including weekends, in a brick-and-mortar setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- Proficiency in using POS system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using other computer systems
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Ability to meet physical demands of this position
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Background check
- Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule
- Regular, in-person attendance
- Availability for weekends
