Job Summary
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and process transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments with accuracy. Enter and maintain customer information into a Point of Sale system while building new business through daily call campaigns and managing customer appointments. Perform duties outside the office such as vehicle appraisals, store errands, and participating in community events. Maintain store appearance, security protocols, and vault management procedures while adhering to all compliance standards. Work a full-time, in-person schedule of at least 40 hours per week, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- POS system
- Microsoft Office
- Other computer systems
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check
- Ability to meet physical demands of this position
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Mileage compensated
- Full-time work schedule
