Job Summary
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and process transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments while maintaining store cleanliness and security protocols. Review, validate, and enter customer data into the Point of Sale system with precision, manage daily call campaigns to build new business, and assist with account management, collections, and external tasks like vehicle appraisals. Uphold compliance with all policies and laws, engage in ongoing training, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet performance standards. Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- POS system proficiency
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Other computer systems proficiency
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Background check
- Ability to meet physical demands of this position
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance
- Availability for weekends
