Job Summary
Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and process transactions including check cashing, money transfers, and payments with accuracy. Enter and maintain customer information into a Point of Sale system while building new business through daily call campaigns and managing customer appointments. Perform duties outside the office such as on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and community events, and maintain store appearance and security protocols. Uphold compliance with all relevant laws and engage in ongoing training to stay current on product changes. Work efficiently in a dynamic environment to meet performance standards, maintaining a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with customers and colleagues
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to accurately enter data
- Proficiency in using phones
- Proficiency in using POS system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in using other computer systems
- At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Personal vehicle to use throughout the workday
- Ability to meet physical demands of this position
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time
- Ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds
- Ability to move inside and outside of the store
- Ability to operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
- Background check
- Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule
- Ability to have regular, in-person attendance
- Ability to work weekends

- Prior cash handling experience
