Job Summary
Deliver world-class customer service via phone and email to retailers, end users, and technical service partners; verify warranties; troubleshoot issues; schedule repairs; ensure smooth post-installation experiences; act as an escalation point for complex service-related issues; monitor service calls for manufacturing/design defects and part failures; communicate patterns to management and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and reduce customer churn.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in customer service or related field
- Proficiency in English
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
