Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Ferraro Foods responsible for processing a high volume of orders with accuracy, handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries on products, pricing, delivery, and services, supporting Sales and internal teams, researching and resolving issues (billing, order errors, credits), coordinating deliveries and routing, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring smooth cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment. Requires 2+ years in customer service or related roles, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Compensation: $23-$25/hour; location: Edgewood, NY and New York East, Edgewood, NY (US).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, data entry, or administrative experience
- Experience handling high call volume and/or order entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
