Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role at BarSplice Products (FC Industries) focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences in the construction and reinforced concrete sector. You will answer customer inquiries, help troubleshoot problems, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records across ERP/CRM systems to keep projects moving. Experience in rebar fabrication or concrete construction is a plus, with familiarity in international and Canadian customs documentation considered a benefit; proficiency with Epicor and Hubspot is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential to support customers and contribute to long-term client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service/ inside sales experience required (3-5 years preferred)
- Experience in the rebar fabrication, concrete construction supply industry is a plus
- Experience with some International and Cananda is a plus
- Experience with international and Canadian customs documentation a plus
- Document, track, and resolve customer interactions across multiple systems (including ERP and CRM) with accuracy and speed
- Previous experience with Epicor and Hubspot are a plus
