Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at FC Industries/BarSplice: serve as trusted partner to customers, helping them find solutions, keep projects moving, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service/ inside sales experience required (3-5 years preferred)
- Experience in the rebar fabrication, concrete construction supply industry is a plus
- Experience with some International and Cananda is a plus
- Experience with international and Canadian customs documentation a plus
- Document, track, and resolve customer interactions across multiple systems (including ERP and CRM) with accuracy and speed
- Previous experience with Epicor and Hubspot are a plus
