Job Summary
FASTSIGNS Center is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the initial contact with current and prospective customers, learn to prepare estimates and work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders. You’ll support customers via email, telephone, in-person, and on-site visits, build long-lasting relationships to turn prospects into long-term clients, participate in daily team meetings, and help execute business and marketing plans to drive center success. Ideal qualifications include 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; candidates should be outgoing, responsive, able to build relationships, possess great listening and organizational skills, and be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods while working under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work.
