Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging customer service at Farm Boy to deliver a best-in-class fresh shopping experience. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, applying Farm Boy Service Standards, stocking and rotating merchandise with high-quality presentation and accurate signage, maintaining clean and safe work and storage areas, following Health & Safety and Food Safety policies, executing opening/closing procedures, and supporting teammates with additional duties as needed. The role requires attention to detail, a collaborative, team-oriented approach, strong communication and organizational skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment with potential shifts in evenings, weekends, and holidays. English fluency is required; French language skills are an asset.
Required Qualifications
- English fluency; French language skills considered an asset
- flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks
- retail or customer service experience considered an asset
