Job Summary
Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service by welcoming, greeting, and assisting shoppers using Farm Boy Service Standards. Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves while maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas through general housekeeping duties. Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use. Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed. Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting involving multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions. Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Fluency in English is essential; French language skills are considered an asset.
