Customer Service Representative

Provide warm, confident, and engaging customer service in a Farm Boy retail environment. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers, sharing product knowledge and enthusiasm for offerings, maintaining attractive merchandise displays with accurate signage, stocking and rotating items, and keeping work areas clean and organized. Follow all health and safety and food safety procedures, participate in opening/closing routines, support teammates as needed, and perform additional duties periodically. Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with potential for standing long periods and handling heavy lifting are valued; bilingual English/French skills are considered an asset.
