Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging customer service to create Farm Boy’s welcoming shopping experience. Greet and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards, share product knowledge, and help maintain high-quality presentations by stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise. Ensure clean, safe, and organized work areas, follow Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures, and support opening/closing routines. Ability to work independently with attention to detail, collaborate with teammates, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays). English fluency is required with French language skills considered an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting with multiple deadlines, extended periods of standing, heavy lifting, and work that may be performed in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
