Job Summary
Deliver warm, confident customer service that supports Farm Boy’s fresh shopping experience. Responsibilities include welcoming, greeting, and assisting customers; maintaining presentation and signage; stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise; keeping work areas clean and organized; following Health & Safety and Food Safety policies; completing opening/closing procedures; and supporting teammates with additional duties. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with potential for extended standing, heavy lifting, and work in cooler/freezer/outdoor conditions. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English is required; French language skills are considered an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience is considered an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
