Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P provides high-volume inbound/outbound calls, assists customers with payments, meets with potential clients to assess insurance needs, educates clients on coverage options, manages leads and existing relationships, multitasks to meet deadlines, and supports growth into leadership roles. The role requires high school diploma (A.A. a plus), authorization to work in the US, willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License, bilingual Spanish encouraged, and reliable transportation. Work schedule is Monday–Friday 9–7, Saturday 10–5, Sunday 10–4; benefits include competitive salary, uncapped weekly commissions, paid training, and health plans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- A.A is a plus
- Authorized to work in the US
- Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License

- Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM
