Job Summary
Customer Service Representative focused on logistics and client support: handling orders and data in systems, preparing reports and documentation for clients, coordinating shipments and creating transport documents, supporting invoicing, collaborating with operations, logistics, and finance, and participating in client meetings to ensure high-quality service. Requires higher education or experience in customer service/logistics, strong MS Office (especially Excel), fluent English, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Wykształcenie wyższe lub doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta/logistyce
- Bardzo dobra znajomość MS Office (szczególnie Excel)
- Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego
- Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów
- Dbałość o szczegóły, dobra organizacja pracy i samodzielność
- Umiejętność współpracy w zespole i z klientami
