Job Summary
Coordinate client order entry, scheduling, and billing while creating invoices, quotes, and survey deliverables. Manage quoting and proposals from the Landmark website under supervision, then invoice work completed per client instructions. Conduct preliminary research for proposals including aerials, tax maps, deeds, and plats, then prepare field packages for crews. Maintain all email correspondence, notes, and contact information to facilitate project understanding and scope questions. Prioritize requests to meet deadlines, resolve internal and external customer issues professionally, and perform administrative support tasks. Draft letters and documents using Microsoft Office tools to conserve manager time.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years in customer service or related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Proficient in the independent application and use of job-related software/e-technology/cloud-based solutions
- Must have a relentlessly positive, flexible, do-whatever-it-takes attitude
- Must be fast on your feet
