Job Summary
Customer Service Representative position focused on handling customer calls and inquiries, de-escalating dissatisfied customers, informing clients about new products/services/policies, guiding callers through troubleshooting and site navigation, reviewing accounts (billing/shipping/warranties), collaborating with call-center teammates, training new employees on policies, handling inbound/outbound service calls, scheduling and dispatching for service advisors, following detailed scripts, and maintaining service levels. Requires excellent communication, active listening, empathy, patience, time management, adaptability, and proficiency with basic computer and phone system operations. The role operates in a professional office environment in Plano, TX, with on-site work expectations and opportunities to grow through ongoing product and certifications knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Great active listening skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
