Job Summary
Serve as the primary client-facing contact at FVRC, handling client check-ins, phones, and coordination of care in a fast-paced ER + Specialty veterinary environment. Requires a calm, compassionate demeanor, strong communication, multitasking, and comfort with hospital software. Shift is full-time with evenings and weekends (no overnights) and includes benefits and team support to deliver high-quality veterinary care.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 years experience in veterinary, healthcare, or high-volume customer service
- Clear, compassionate and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized, with adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with technology and hospital software systems
