Scheduling patient appointments with various departments, ensuring medical records and diagnostic images are obtained prior to visits, confirming appointments and providing relevant care instructions for drop-off’s, ensuring treatment plan estimates and related paperwork are prepared for patient arrivals. A skilled and motivated representative with attention to detail, strong communication skills with clients and team members, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced veterinary setting.
