Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service throughout the order-to-delivery process. Coordinates with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Planning to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Manages the full order lifecycle from entry to delivery, serves as the main interface between customers and internal teams, monitors order status and communicates updates, ensures accurate ERP data entry, aligns customer requirements with production schedules, handles inquiries and complaints, supports the Sales Team with quotations, and contributes to continuous improvement of customer service processes while supporting sustainability data analysis and supplier-related insights.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or related role
- Fluent Italian and English language skills - written and verbal
- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Basic to mid-level math and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word)
