Job Summary
Process orders, review availability and pricing, and release schedules in the order entry system. Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding customer inquiries, account questions, and shipping delays. Process standard quotes, generate invoices and shipping documents, and respond to requests within a prompt time frame. Meet daily metrics for calls taken while maintaining safety standards and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. This hybrid role in Flippin, AR requires onsite presence three days a week and supports our global network of manufacturing and distribution facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- at least 1 year of related work experience in an office setting
- Ability to respond promptly to all customer inquiries
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic to mid-level math and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word)
- Handle customer service inquiries with a sense of urgency
- Act with openness, honesty, and integrity
- Be detail oriented and accurate
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be patient, empathetic and be able to put oneself in the customers' shoes
- Be a positive thinker/team player and have strong collaboration skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
