Job Summary
Provide best-in-class patient experience via the Health System's centralized call center; duties include scheduling patient appointments, messaging physicians with test results and clinical/medication requests, and guiding patients through navigation of the health system. Responsibilities include answering inbound/outbound calls, following escalation processes for urgent issues, registering and verifying insurance eligibility, ensuring first-call resolution, supporting revenue-cycle goals through accurate insurance/demographic data, maintaining patient confidentiality per HIPAA, and collaborating with practices and team members to resolve inquiries while promoting a positive patient experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or equivalent, required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
