Job Summary

Provide first-class customer service across national sites by coordinating and supporting customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, accurate data processing, and timely resolution of enquiries. Responsibilities include generating quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders; setting up new contracts and maintaining records; responding to inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face; organizing bookings in internal systems; collaborating with all departments to ensure a seamless experience; ensuring data accuracy for management information and online portals; supporting onboarding and maintaining the Peace of Mind database. May carry out additional duties aligned with business requirements and your training.

Required Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Working with internal systems and databases
  • Managing incoming customer enquiries and bookings
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Organised with effective time management
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Further education or vocational qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service
