Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, providing solutions to inquiries, supporting sales and marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, managing social media posts and basic content creation, participating in product demonstrations and promotional events, keeping records of customer interactions and sharing feedback with management, and assisting with team training. On-site role in Vancouver, WA with full training provided and opportunities for career growth. Strong communication and people skills, positive attitude, multitasking, and teamwork are required. Starting pay ranges from $3,000–$3,500 per month with full-time schedule (Mon–Fri).
