Job Summary
Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements; manage Order to Invoice processes including order entry, NCNR setup, and contract pricing maintenance; support sales through quote loading, PDF transmission, and contract signatures; coordinate planning and quality assurance activities, expedite processes, and handle post-delivery issues; develop specialized skills through on-the-job training and operate with limited supervision, serving as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience; identify issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data, taking a broad perspective to solve problems and find new solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a 2 year degree and 3–5 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience
- May require specific certifications
