Job Summary
Greet and assist guests and donors; perform retail duties including replenishing stock, removing merchandise from the sales floor, changing and maintaining displays, and keeping the store neat and clean. Demonstrates competence in cashiering; processes guest merchandise-return transactions; assists with all facets of retail operations; flexible to satisfy store needs; cross-trained to support team; adheres to Guest Ready standards; supports safety and asset protection measures; and encourages guest rounds to raise funds for programs. Maintains reliable communication and teamwork, ensuring a clean, organized checkout area and an overall positive guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school/Equivalent
- Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making
- Ability to work with people having different abilities
- Able to perform repetitive tasks independently
- Knowledge of current trends helpful
- Ability to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends
- Available to work all shifts desired
- Background check required
