Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include handling inbound calls for pickup, tracking and tracing, complaints, claims, service guarantees, price quotations, and other enquiries in a professional manner; updating pickup arrangements and tracking follow-ups; identifying customer concerns and recommending solutions to management; and performing other duties as assigned. Requires 1 year of call center experience (SPM/English proficiency), typing >30 wpm, English communication skills, computer literacy, and willingness to work shifts Mon-Sat at the Bukit Jelurong location within Malaysia. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year call centre experience
- Diploma or College degree with experience is desirable but not required
- minimum credit in English in SPM
- Typing speed >30 wpm
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Computer literate
- Willing to commute to Bukit Jelutong
- Able to articulate why this job would be a good fit
