Job Summary
Provide support for users of a betting application by assisting with account issues, payments, and platform navigation to ensure a positive user experience. Fluency in Dutch and English is required alongside a minimum of six months in customer service and strong communication skills. This on-site role in Lisbon involves working Monday through Sunday from 08:00 to 23:00 with two rotational days off. Candidates must be able to work flexible shifts.
