Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in Dublin, PA to process customer transactions, open accounts, perform account maintenance, assist customers with complex inquiries, coordinate with multiple areas to resolve requests, promote bank products including investments and residential lending, onboard new relationships, conduct outbound campaigns, and document interactions in the CRM while maintaining accurate cash balances and delivering professional service.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous banking experience preferred
- Knowledge of Bank products and services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to interact well with Team Members and customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized
