Customer Service Representative (Driver)

Drive vehicles to and from customer locations using GPS and traffic apps to deliver and collect accident replacement cars. Deliver, collect, wash, and prepare vehicles per company procedures while conducting inspections to report faults or maintenance needs. Adhere to safety, traffic, and vehicle care protocols and collaborate with the branch team to support daily schedules. Maintain physical fitness to safely move and clean vehicles. This role supports Compass's mission to reduce inconvenience for customers by ensuring spotless, well-prepared handovers.
