Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for a remote, US-based role supporting Take 5 Oil Change customers. Responsibilities include timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email, opening and resolving customer care tickets, using Five9 for communications, recording issues and account information, guiding customers through problem resolution, following procedures, and upholding the company voice and guidelines. Requires handling incoming/outgoing inquiries, leveraging scripts when appropriate, prioritizing tickets, and adapting to policy changes. Ideal candidates have strong communication and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), a customer-focused mindset, the ability to multi-task, and at least 1 year of experience with a high school diploma (or equivalent); bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This is a remote, ET-time position with specified center hours and potential overtime, nationwide within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to manage large volumes of emails and calls
- Strong phone handling skills, empathy, and active listening
