Job Summary
Respond to calls related to insurance claims for automotive glass breakage while maintaining high quality standards. Assist customers with questions and concerns using available scripts and systems, then recommend appropriate solutions based on their needs. This role requires 1+ years of call center experience, bilinguality in English and French, and legal work authorization in Canada. Residents of the Greater Montreal area are eligible for 100% remote work following 12 days of full-time paid training at the Laval office. Variable hours include Monday-Friday 7am-9am and Saturday 8am-5pm, with a base hourly rate plus performance bonus.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ yrs of experience in a call center/customer service capacity
- Proficient in English and French (written and spoken)
- Comfortable using different computer systems and platforms
- Legal Work Authorization in Canada
- Resident of the Greater Montreal area
- Available to work variable hours including Monday-Friday 7am-9am and Saturday 8am-5pm
