Job Summary
Customer Service Representative needed to provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, resolve inquiries and complaints, and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building sustainable relationships with customer accounts, providing product and service information, collaborating with other departments, identifying opportunities to improve service, and keeping records of interactions and processing customer accounts. Qualifications include 2+ years of customer support experience preferred, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software, and bilingual English/Spanish (preferred). On-site, full-time role in Conroe, TX with 0% travel. Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) and PTO.
