Job Summary
Customer Service Representative who assists customers, processes sales transactions at the cash register, maintains store cleanliness and stock, unloads trucks and replenishes merchandise, and fosters a positive, respectful shopping environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing cash transactions, protecting company assets, stocking shelves, stocking and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs and to stand/walk for extended periods, along with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs.
- Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
