Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions via phone, email, and tickets, processing orders, and ensuring accurate order entry and customer satisfaction. They will build strong customer relationships, research and resolve complaints, and drive profit margins while collaborating with team members. Key skills required include at least 3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a proficiency in technology, particularly Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Additionally, effective organizational skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced work environment are crucial.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ customer service experience in Industrial Supplies or related field highly preferred
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Thorough, organized and systematic in approach to work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Moderate to advanced skills in technology
- Proven ability to use operating systems and other third-party software to service customer needs effectively; including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) and Prophet21 (ERP)
- Strong ability to work well under pressure
- Passionate, Adaptable, Customer Focused and Teamwork oriented
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability

Additional Requirements
- Candidates must reside in the United States or Canada
- Eligible candidates must reside within approximately one hour of a DoALL location in specific states
