Job Summary
Acknowledge customer requests within two hours via CRM and process orders, returns, exchanges, back-order updates, and contract pricing. Enter sales quotes and orders as requested by internal or external customers within two hours of receipt. Coordinate expedites, obtain proof of delivery, and process new item requests submitted by the sales team. Perform general data entry functions and proactively update product knowledge while promoting company events through all customer contacts. Collaborate with internal departments to improve workflow and processes. Requires 2+ years of office support experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and climb ladders repetitively. Full-time role in Buffalo, NY, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a NON-DOT drug screen and physical
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. – 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
- Able to climb ladders on a repetitive basis
- The ability to work 5 days a week, Mon.-Fri., 8:30-5pm
- High School diploma / GED equivalent
