Job Summary
Distribution Center Customer Service Representative supports ADC operations by handling daily orders from branches, building truckload shipments, processing LTL bills of lading, reviewing transfer orders, and assisting with order questions and corrections. Responsibilities include coordinating with branch staff and the Transportation Department on freight quotes and deliveries, creating and distributing pick tickets, scheduling carriers, invoicing, and maintaining accurate shipment and invoice records. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of customer service experience; bilingual in Spanish is a plus; strong English communication, attention to detail, reliability, and proactivity are valued. Required Qualifications
