Job Summary
Document client information and load it into the dispatch program to route Technicians daily. Assist Inside and Outside Managers with various minor administrative tasks as needed. Maintain fluid typing speed and accuracy while managing organizational and multi-tasking responsibilities. This role requires effective written and verbal communication skills and at least one year of customer service experience. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
- A Fluid Typing Speed with Accuracy
- Knowledge in Word, Excel & Microsoft Office
