Job Summary
Customer Service Representative – Direct Sales who will own and promote the Magpul customer experience by handling orders and returns via phone and email, using ERP/CRM to ensure accurate order processing, communicating pricing/shipping details, and resolving customer issues. Responsibilities include processing orders, maintaining CRM records, performing basic math for pricing and discounts, escalating issues to supervisors when needed, coordinating with production/shipping to expedite shipments, answering product-operational questions, handling returns, ensuring compliance checks, supporting sales efforts including up-selling, and providing back-up support to team members. Travel up to 5% and a strong emphasis on clear verbal and written communication, organization, and ability to work independently in an in-office environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years as a customer service representative in a high volume call environment
