Job Summary
Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs while acting as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, explaining solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain customer records, update account information, and process customer adjustments. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information to assist with order and product management. Perform other duties as assigned. Work the 1st shift Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
- 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
- Working knowledge of warehouse systems, processes and procedures
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- time management skills

- knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the logistics field
- Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
- Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions
- Ability to interpret material
- Ability to operate basic document and spreadsheet software
- Ability to perform simple math calculations
Desired Qualifications
- WMS (SAP) siste knowledge Proficeient is a Plus
- Transportation scheduling knowledge Proficeient is a Plus
