Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Destination Pet (Dugan's Veterinary Hospital in Aurora, CO) responsible for greeting pet families, answering phones on multi-line systems, guiding tours of the facility, promoting services, and managing check-ins/check-outs with care and professionalism. Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 lbs; availability evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior customer service or retail experience preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required. Required Qualifications
