Job Summary
Provide friendly, efficient service to doctors and office staff via phone and email; listen for opportunities to offer helpful products or services that align with client needs; coordinate patient appointments for custom shade/stain or CT scans; schedule pickups with shipping couriers and communicate timing with clients; receive and process both physical and digital cases; build strong relationships with clients through personal touches and attentive service; send timely correspondence and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction; assist with order entry and product fulfillment for Argon Dental; keep accurate records of client communication and interactions; contribute ideas for improving processes and customer experience across the Network; support and live out the Dental Crafters Network values in all aspects of your work.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in a customer-facing role—support, coordination, or administrative experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
