Job Summary
Provide high-quality customer service to house accounts, phone, and walk-in customers by handling inquiries, processing transactions, and capturing discount upsell opportunities. Build positive relationships to foster loyalty while soliciting and recording feedback for product teams. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and prepare documentation for accounts and transactions. Requires proven experience in customer service or sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with CRM systems, Point of Sale software, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
