Job Summary
Customer Service Representative in Defiance area responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting the store manager to keep the store running efficiently, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, maintaining merchandising and plan-o-gram integrity, rotating foodservice products, enforcing company policies, ensuring store appearance, and responding to emergencies for customer and employee safety. Requires ability to stand for a shift, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently, and to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays; involves intermittent temperature exposure in store, outside, or cooler environments.
