Job Summary
Customer Service Representative handling inbound/outbound calls and walk-in customers, performing clerical and computer-based tasks (including ADDS E3 system for accounts maintenance), invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, inventory control, price updates, payments processing and bank deposits. Develop knowledge of departments, products and delivery schedules; participate in promotions; cross-train with team; support other office staff; perform miscellaneous duties. Strong communication, accuracy, organization, and adaptability are required; growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are provided. Opportunities at multiple locations in MA, ME, NH, VT are referenced, with a high school diploma preferred and one year of customer service experience suggested.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- One year of previous customer service experience including computer work is preferred.
